AUTOMATIC TESTING
Apart from an impressive production capacity of 12,50,000 pieces of goli soda bottles per month, we are the ONLY GLASS MANUFACTURING COMPANY WITH AUTOMATIC TESTING FACILITY for goli soda bottles. Each bottle is tested at a pressure of 10 bar and undergoes rigorous 7 stage quality check before dispatch

PRINTING AND EMBOSSING
Printing and embossing - Plastic labels are both cost and labour intensive. Permanent printing - your bottle is unique and nobody can replicate your bottle and your bottle comes back to you. Its a permanent printing and your bottle is unique. Again, Jagrat Glass is the only glass manufacturing company to provide applied ceramic labelling on bottles. If you want custom embossing on your bottles, we can provide embossed bottles for a minimum order quantity of 50,000 pieces.
COMPLETE IN HOUSE SETUP
Whether it is glass bottle manufacturing, goli/marble manufacturing, bottle testing, corrugation boxes, designing and printing -we don't outsource anything, everything is created in our in house facility. This ensure complete control over quality of goli soda bottles.
PACKAGING
Packaging is another area of our strength - all the boxes which your receive are 5 ply corrugated boxes. This minimizes in-transit damage to bottles. Further, we also provide full replacement on breakage occuring during transportation of goods to your facility.
PAN INDIA AND OVERSEAS SHIPPING
Whether you are located in Tamil Nadu, kerala, karnataka, andhra - you dont have to worry about picking up goods from somewhere. Whether your order is of 100 boxes or 1000 boxes - we provide home delivery service . Also in part load we provide replacement if breakage exceeds 3% of total order quantity. For example, if you order 100 boxes[2400 pcs] and you receive 100 pieces broken in the order, then we will provide you replacement for 28 bottles. In case of full load, we take guarantee of 100% breakage. We have our transport company - JAGRAT FREIGHT SOLUTIONS for full load delivery.
TOOLS AND WASHERS
Often there is requirement of additional washers for replacement in bottles. Hence, we also additional food grade washers to fulfill your requirement.
Moreover, we also provide tools for replacement of washers.
